Unfortunately, yes - for now, it’s the only way we can properly log users and manage subscriptions on our end.
If you've recieved an error "Unexpected token 'N' "Not Found" is not valid json" It means that our servers are temproarily down as we're constantly updating TidyDesk to be the best it can be.
Super soon - we’re literally working on it as you read this! TidyDesk is still in its alpha phase, and we’re ironing out a few kinks in the Windows version.
Your 7-day free trial has likely expired. Just open your TidyDesk settings, click “Manage Subscription,” and choose a plan to continue. Don’t worry though - you can still organize your Downloads folder using the free version!
When you install Tidy Desk, Windows might show a "Windows protected your PC" message. Tidy Desk is still a new app and is building trust with Windows with each download.
Here's what to do:
- Click “More info” Then click “Run anyway” to continue the installation.
