By downloading, installing, or using Tidy Desk ("the App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
Tidy Desk is a desktop file organization application developed by Koki Store("Company," "we," "us," or "our") that helps users automatically organize files and folders on their local computer systems.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tidy Desk solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Circumvent any security features or access controls
Tidy Desk operates entirely on your local device. The App:
- Accesses files and folders on your computer solely for organization purposes
- Does NOT collect, transmit, or share your personal files or data
- Does NOT send any file content, file names, or folder structures to external servers
- Processes all file organization locally on your device
We do NOT collect:
- Your files, documents, or any file content
- File names, folder names, or directory structures
- Personal information stored within your files
- Usage patterns related to your specific files
We may collect only the following anonymous technical information:
- App version and operating system version
- General error logs (without file names or paths)
- Basic usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency)
- Crash reports (without personal data)This technical data is used solely for app improvement and does not identify you personally.
You are solely responsible for backing up your files before using Tidy Desk. While the App is designed to safely organize files, we recommend maintaining regular backups.
You must ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for running Tidy Desk and maintain adequate storage space for file organization operations.
5.3 Account Security
If the App requires account creation, you are responsible for maintaining theconfidentiality of your account credentials.
TIDY DESK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDINGBUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS
While Tidy Desk is designed to organize files safely, we do not guarantee:
- Perfect file organization results
- Prevention of all file conflicts or duplicates
- Compatibility with all file types or system configurations
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Liability Limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BELIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES
- DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION (THOUGH THE APP IS DESIGNEDTO PREVENT THIS)
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST PROFITS
- ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP
7.2 User Responsibility
You acknowledge that file organization involves inherent risks and agree to use Tidy Desk at your own risk.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our Rights
Tidy Desk, including all software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Koki Store and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to your files and data. This Agreement does not grant us any rights to your content.
9. TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling Tidy Desk from your device.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Termination does not affect:
- Your rights to files organized by the App
- Provisions that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability)
10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
10.1 App Updates
We may provide updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. Updates may be automatic during login or require manual installation.
10.2 Terms Updates
We may modify this Agreement with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. MISCELLANEOUS
12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Koki Store regarding Tidy Desk.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
By using Tidy Desk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
